Registration

In order to be included in the conference proceedings, each accepted paper has to be covered by a registration fee. One registration fee can cover only one paper.

Registration Fees

Regular registration (until May 06, 2018)

Late registration (from May 07, 2018 until May 14, 2018)

For registration after May 14, please contact the organizers. Registration requests will be accepted based on availability of accommodation aboard the ferry.

The registration fee includes:

• Admission to all conference scientific sessions.
• Conference documentation and electronic proceedings on USB flash memory.
• Two-night accommodation (03.06-05.06 2018) on board Silja Serenade. A regular registration guarantees accommodation in single, A or Promenade class, cabin. Late registration includes accommodation in any cabin class, based on availability, which might include shared cabins.
• Two lunches, one dinner, conference banquet, and coffee breaks on conference days.
• Organized Helsinki sightseeing tour.

The registration will open in second half of April.

Accompanying Person

Registration fees for accompanying person:

• Regular Fee (until May 6th, 2018): 250 EUR
• Late Fee (May7th, 2018 – May 14th, 2018): 300 EUR

This registration includes two-night accomodation in the same cabin as a regularly registred participant, two lunches, one dinner, conference banquet, and organized Helsinki sightseeing tour.

Visa Request

Participants who need a Swedish visa to attend the conference (the boat trip starts in Stockholm), should address their requests for a letter of invitation to (Annika Berggren).
Please provide the following information:

• Full name as in passport
• Nationality
• Gender
• Date of birth
• Passport number.

The registration fee should be paid before requesting letter of invitation.
