Author’s Kit

Paper submission will be held electronically. Prospective authors are asked to submit their papers either to Regular (full papers) of Fast Track (extended abstracts). For more detail about regular and fast track, please refer to Call for Papers.

 

Regular Track

When submitting papers in regular track please keep in mind following:

  • The submitted article might not be longer than 4 pages, including all text, figures and references
  • The submitted article should be in PDF format
  • The authors should ensure that the submitted PDFs are formatted according to the specifications (see detailed specifications / templates given bellow)

Fast Track

When submitting papers in fast track please keep in mind following:

  • The length of the submitted extended abstract should be 1-2 pages
  • The submitted article should be in PDF format
  • The authors should ensure that the submitted PDFs are formatted according to the specifications (see detailed specifications / templates given bellow)

Camera-ready Paper Submission

Camera-ready, final paper submissions are carried out through the same system as before (https://www.conftool.pro/3dtv-con2018/). Below is a checklist of requirements for the final version, make sure your submission follows them. Papers not fulfilling the requirements will not be included in the proceedings published by IEEE.

(a) File format: PDF

(b) Formatted according to the specifications described in the templates above

(c) Fulfills the IEEE PDF requirements – To check if all requirements are satisfied, the authors must use IEEE PDF Express (http://www.pdf-express.org/). The conference ID is 44686XP

(d) In place of the XXX-X-XXXX-XXXX-X/XX/$XX.XX on the first page of the template (paper), the correct IEEE copyright notice should be inserted:

  • For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
  • For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-5386-6125-3/18/$31.00 ©2018 Crown
  • For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-5386-6125-3/18/$31.00 ©2018 European Union
  • For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-5386-6125-3/18/$31.00 ©2018 IEEE

(e) All unused template text should be removed (e.g. in the Word 2016 template, there is an extra “[Type text]” –tag in the footer starting from the second page, please make sure you remove it).
